Abstract

This paper reports an improved method for freestanding three-dimensional vertically aligned neuron array by large area PDMS micro-scale membrane. The membrane based on the novel microfluidic technique to regulate the precured PDMS liquid into Teflon coated PDMS micro fluidic channel.
