Abstract

In this study, red light-emitting organic light-emitting devices have been fabricated to use Ir complex red dopant and BAIq host and Bebq2 electron transport layer. Turn-on voltage of 5.75V and peak efficiency 7.52cd/[email protected], 9.2mA/cm2 in this device compared to values of 7.08V and 7.28cd/[email protected], 8.26cd/cm2 using Alq3 ETL are reported. Also, as the device adopted the same material with emitting layer BAlq as the hole blocking layer, its electrical properties was improved.
