Abstract
A sufficient condition for the static output feedback stabilization of uncertain systems with mismatched uncertainties was derived. A constrained Riccati approach was proposed to design a static output feedback control law for a class of uncertain systems. The derivation was performed under the assumption that rank(B) ≤ rank(C) where B and C were the input matrix and the output matrix respectively.
