abstract = "The problem of unit price adequacy in the Korean construction industry has been around for a long time. There is only public unit price in Korean which is investigated and published by a few public institutions. The actual market price fluctuates depending on oil prices, material costs, and labor costs, so it is physically impossible for a few public institutions to establish unit prices by conducting extensive research on the market prices of numerous companies. In this study, the new construction cost data collection system which is capable of reflecting the market prices in a real time is developed to compensate the defects of the existing system. Since the system operates on a server-based, it allows real-time unit price inquiries. Real-time information can reflect market prices that change frequently. In addition, the reliability of the information is excellent because the system includes not only the unit price, but also the average price, price range, and registration time. By using the system, it is possible to solve the problem of price adequacy on the supplier side and increase access to price information on the consumer side. It is expected that such changes in the construction industry will have a positive effect on revitalizing the construction trading market.",
