Development of ultrafine y2O3:Eu3+ nanophosphor for InkJet printing

Abstract

In this work, ultrafine Y2O3-Eu3+ nanophosphor with ultrafine size of 8 nm and cubic crystal structure was developed for Inkjet printing. Also, 20 wt% Y2O3:Eu 3+ ink was well formulated. By applying the nanophosphor ink to inkjet printing, nano-phosphor thin film was well printed with good photoluminescence properties.
