Abstract

In this work, ultrafine Y₂O₃-Eu³⁺ nanophosphor with ultrafine size of 8 nm and cubic crystal structure was developed for Inkjet printing. Also, 20 wt% Y₂O₃:Eu ³⁺ ink was well formulated. By applying the nanophosphor ink to inkjet printing, nano-phosphor thin film was well printed with good photoluminescence properties.
