Abstract
A digitally tuned Gm-C filter with a VDD/temperature- compensating digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) is presented. By using the proposed DAC, the bandwidth sensitivities to VDD and temperature variations of a Gm-C filter can be decreased without repeated frequency tuning. The measured bandwidth sensitivities are as low as 1.2/100°C and 1.7/V for temperature and VDD, respectively.
