title = "Fine-patterning offull color quantum dot arrays via selective surface tailoring",
abstract = "We demonstrate a fine-patterning process of full color quantum dot (QD) display by using selective molecular tailoring of electrode surface combined with controlled photochemical activation. It is noteworthy that the tailoring of the surface could determine patterning shapes and structures of the QD layers. By varying light intensity and device structures, we obtained the optimum process condition, resulting in successful implementation of various shaped full color QD films. The fine-patterned QLED devices demonstrate the maximum luminescence of 3,500 cd/m2, indicating the selective molecular tailoring process can be a solid pathway for the applications of large-Area and fine-patterned full color QD displays.",
