Abstract

Highly dense ITO target enhances optical and electrical properties of ITO thin film for flexible display at low temperature, and the high density can be achieved by applying nano-sized ITO particle. In this work, physical properties of ITO nanoparticle were attempted to improve applying gas evaporation synthetic method. As a result, high quality ITO nanopartlcle with uniform particle size of 5 nm, surface area of 108 m2/g, (222) preferred cubic structure, and 91% In - 9% Sn could be achieved by the gas evaporation method.
