N2 - The farther advances in sensor network requires numerous overcomes of technological obstacles in various domains. One of the contemporary challenges of sensor network is locating the present position at indoor environment since the indoor mobility is difficult to identify with conventional methods. In this paper, novel location tracking architecture named as LOCUS (Localization system with Checkpoint of Upper frequency Support) is introduced based on the accelerator sensor with compensation of 60GHz checkpoint. Hardware and software details of the individual nodes along with the sensors used for position tracking are also discussed. System approach from the top-view with millimeter wave checkpoint is described in order to reduce the position variance and inaccuracy as well. By introducing this architecture, this application opens up further area of research in location tracking system in the help of millimeter wave frequency.
