Abstract
In this report, we demonstrate high performance organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) fabricated on flexible substrates such as plastic films and photo papers. With poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as active layer, field effect mobilities up to 0.1 cm 2/V·s and 0.086 cm 2/ V·s were achieved on a plastic film and a photo paper, respectively.
