Abstract

We have developed semi-transparent metal cathodes and passivation layers which do not render any damages on underlying organic layers in the top emission organic light emitting device (TEOLED) configurations. Optical and electrical properties of these metal cathodes and passivation layers have been investigated. We have achieved high efficiency TEOLEDs using our transparent cathode and passivation layers.
